ACG Rocky Mountain Corporate Growth Conference 2016 Denver, CO

DATES: April 13th and 14th.  

Burch and Company attended the Rocky Mountain Conference this year with hopes of broadening our network and gaining a deeper understanding of the Denver regional Mergers and Acquisitions market. The Denver M&A market is alive and well with a large influx of new residents to the state and many lower middle market to middle market transactions occurring in 2015 on into first quarter 2016. In addition to meeting with many of the region’s top M&A Advisors we also spoke to many Private Equity Groups. In the interest of remaining compliant, Private Equity Groups have expressed interest in Burch and Company’s services. Many SEC and FINRA rules and regulations apply to the type of work that Private Equity Groups engage in and a third party compliance team can add value. While our focus is mainly with the M&A Advisor and Investment Banker we have found that certain Private Equity Groups have needs that line up with what Burch and Company has to offer. In addition to meeting many excellent individuals we were also entertained by Mitt Romney during the keynote talk. We hope to continue our relationship building in the Rocky Mountain region for years to come.
