ACG Intergrowth- 2016 New Orleans, LA

DATES: May 2nd – May 4th.  

This year’s ACG Intergrowth Conference was very well attended by Investment Banking as well as Private Equity groups. While we do not source M&A Deals, we were able to meet quite a few Private Equity groups whose investment criteria line up with some of the Advisors registered with Burch and Company. These meetings are helpful as we can pass along the contact information to the appropriate registered Advisors. ACG Intergrowth offered not only opportunities to meet industry professionals but also some excellent panels and keynote speakers. David Axelrod, former senior advisor to President Obama, and Ana Navarro, CNN political analyst and GOP strategist had an in-depth and interesting candid conversation regarding this year’s political landscape. Another key note talk was held by Neil Jacobstein, co-chair of the Artifical Intelligence and Robotics Track at Singularity University, and Ryamond McCauley, chair of the Biotech Track at Singularity University. This talk centered on where technology is going which in turn sheds light on opportunities for investing. Looking forward expanding our network at ACG Intergrowth 2017 to be held in Las Vegas.
