E-mail: Using the e-mail address provided when a visitor submits an inquiry or comment, Burch may contact the visitor regarding its inquiry or comment. Burch may also send e-mail to its visitors about services offered by Burch.  If a visitor prefers not to receive promotional materials from Burch, he/she should refer to the "Opting Out" provision below.

Data Security: To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, ensure the appropriate use of information and protect against loss,  misuse or alteration of information under Burch's control, Burch has put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to protect the information it collects on-line.

A special note about children viewing the Site

The site is not intended for children, and Burch asks that minors not submit any personal information.  If a visitor is a minor, he/she may use the Site only in conjunction with a parent or guardian.
